Senior Benefits Consultant
With more than 30 years of experience at national and regional consulting firms, Ron has leveraged his technical and financial skills to provide a full spectrum of benefit related strategies for clients – including health care reform, population health management, mergers and acquisitions, consumer driven plans, health care funding, and development of multiple-year benefit strategies.
Ron joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits (now a OneDigital Health & Beneftits Company) in 2011. He calls upon his previous big firm experience to help clients develop strategies to attract and retain key talent, develop and maintain technology driven solutions for open enrollment and on-going eligibility/billing, and align health and welfare benefits with the overall organizational rewards. Prior to joining KTB, Ron worked as the large market practice leader for Trion, where he oversaw sales strategy, retention, vendor management, and product delivery for clients with more than 1,000 employees. He was also responsible for implementing a strategic forecasting tool for long-term strategic planning and plan design modeling and a financial management repository for client financial information and trend analysis.
He also spent 12 years as a client relationship manager with Aon-Hewitt in the Health & Welfare Department, where he was responsible for overall relationship management and the development and implementation of comprehensive benefit strategies.
Ron began his career with Prudential Insurance, Inc., where he worked as both as a new business proposal and retention underwriter for all health and welfare coverage lines.
He received his degree in finance from Villanova University.
