As an employee benefits consultant, Mike focuses on client cultivation and retention, and counts companies of all sizes and industries among his many long-standing, satisfied clients.  His proven track-record of success recently saw him recognized with a new role as principal, where he uses his industry history and experience to make informed decisions and introduce new ideas.

A prominent member of many industry groups and affiliations, Mike holds a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) designation and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU), the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU), and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).  He has spoken on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and its impact on the health insurance industry, among other topics.

Mike is also actively involved in the community, having coached basketball for the last 20 years, the past nine at Conestoga High School.  He currently serves on the Devon Stafford Little League Board of Directors.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
