Mike Troy, CBC


As principal, Mike focuses on client cultivation and retention and uses his industry experience to proactively help his long-standing clients find creative solutions to their employee benefits needs.

A prominent member of many industry groups and affiliations, Mike holds a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) designation and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU), the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU), and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).  He has spoken on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and its impact on the health insurance industry, among other topics.

Mike is also actively involved in the community, having coached basketball for the last 20 plus years, the past 14 as head coach at Conestoga High School. He currently also serves on the executive committee for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Red & White Ball.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
