With extensive background in health care consulting, customer service, and sales, Deborah oversees a dedicated team of specialists who exclusively service mid-size employer groups.

She previously served as client relations manager, where she led an in-house call center team, assisting clients and their employees with questions regarding benefit plan information, claims reimbursement, and more.

Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Deb sharpened her skills in client service and sales with the McKesson Corporation and Aetna.

She is a graduate of Seton Hall University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She also holds a certificate in project management from The Pennsylvania State University.
