As Client Relations Manager, Deborah oversees the KTB SERV in-house call center team, who are available to assist Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ clients and their employees with questions regarding benefit plan information, claims reimbursement, and more. The KTB SERV team is one of the many unique services provided to clients by KTB, and with Deborah’s leadership and extensive background in health care consulting, customer service, and sales, has quickly risen to the top as one of KTB’s most-valued service offerings for clients.

Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Deb sharpened her skills in client services and sales with the McKesson Corporation and Aetna.

She is a graduate of Seton Hall University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She also holds a certificate in project management from The Pennsylvania State University.
