Chris Elvidge

Director of Account Management 

In his role as Director of Account Management, Chris leads and collaborates with a team of Account Executives who are responsible for engaging with Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ larger group clients to drive processes that ensure timely and accurate service deliverables. Chris calls upon his extensive experience in the health care industry to instill best practices and service consistency in all aspects of account management, with concentration on strategic planning, reporting and utilization analytics, as well as technical underwriting and funding models.

Prior to his appointment at Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Chris served in multiple account management positions at Aetna, for both small and large groups. For most of his tenure with Aetna, Chris lead a team of account managers, who were responsible for servicing clients with 51 – 3,000 eligible employees.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing Emphasis) with a minor in Mass Communications from Susquehanna University.
