Director of Account Management
In his role as Director of Account Management, Chris oversees a team of Account Executives who provide support to Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ large group clients, calling upon his extensive experience in the health care industry to instill best practices in customer service, strategic planning, and reporting and utilization analytics.
Prior to his appointment at Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Chris served in multiple account management positions at Aetna, for both small and large groups. For the latter part of his Aetna tenure, Chris lead a team of Account Managers, who were responsible for servicing clients with 51 – 3,000 eligible employees.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing Emphasis) with a minor in Mass Communications from Susquehanna University.
