A key decision-maker and member of Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ principal leadership team, Chris also leads the day-to-day operations of the company’s Scranton office, bringing unique and creative benefit plans and strategic solutions to companies of all industries and sizes in the northeastern portion of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining KTB, Chris was Senior Business Consultant and Human Resource Compliance Officer with Parente HR Services, a division of ParenteBeard. He possesses extensive experience in all aspects of employee benefits, including fully insured and self-funded arrangements, and is well versed in all areas of Human Resource administration, including compensation, compliance, and 401K administration.
He received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Scranton.
