William O. Daggett Jr.—CEO
Bill joined Kistler Tiffany Companies in 1962 after receiving his BA in Business Administration from Ursinus College. In July, 1972 he started the group benefits department that later became Kistler-Tiffany Benefits in 2000. Bill is married, has three children and six grandchildren. He lives in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
Brian E. Daggett—Chief Financial Officer
For over 20 years, Brian has been a KTB leader, driving our financial planning and communications.
Brian started KTB's brokerage division in 1988, which has grown to one of our most successful ventures in less than 20 years. KTB's brokerage division services over 900 brokers on a regular basis.
A board member of the National Liberty Museum, Brian is an honors graduate of Ursinus College, with a BA in Finance.
Shawn N. Orenstein—President
With over 17 years experience in the insurance industry—12 of them at KTB—Shawn provides vision and leadership to everyone at our company's seven locations. As KTB's President since 2005, Shawn focuses keenly on developing and retaining customer accounts, expanding strategic customer service partnerships and cultivating carrier relationships.
An active leader in the industry, Shawn is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), as well as Board Member of both the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU) and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU). He also serves on Aetna's National Advisory Council.
Shawn holds the following licenses: Pennsylvania Lines of Authority — Life and Fixed Annuities; Accident and Health; Casualty and Allied Lines; Property and Allied Lines; Variable Life/Variable Annuity; Series 7and 63.
Shawn began his career in insurance with Independence Blue Cross, shortly after receiving is BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware in 1992.

Joseph Dowd, RHU—Vice President; Corporate Secretary
Joe came to KTB from AmeriHealth Insurance Company in 2003. With over 16 years of employee benefits experience—concentrated in sales and marketing—Joe leads our corporate efforts in the New Jersey marketplace. An active member in several industry organizations, Joe sits on the Broker Advisory Boards of multiple carriers, is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and has also served as a board member for both the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (NJAHU) and the South Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (SJAHU).
Joe became a member of the KTB ownership group in 2005. He is a 1992 graduate of Mount St. Mary's College, where he was on the Dean's list, and remains an active member of the school's alumni association.

Stewart T. Anmuth—Vice President, Principal
Stewart is a KTB Principal, and brings his progressive visions for growth to the organization's leadership team. Stewart honed his business development skills at global leaders such as Ernst & Young and the University of Pennsylvania Healthcare before joining KTB in 2005. With a 12-year history of healthcare financing and benefits consulting marketing, Stewart has driven everything from business line mergers and acquisitions to new market penetration efforts and customer retention campaigns. Stewart is the President of the Pennsylvania Association of Healthcare Underwriters (PAHU) and a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Healthcare Underwriters (GPAHU).
Stewart is a Drexel University graduate, with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting
Kevin P. Conners—Manager, Delaware Operations
Kevin runs the day-to-day operations of KTB's Wilmington, DE location—focusing on building our footprint throughout Delaware. Kevin has a broad range of industry experience honed in sales, marketing and information management roles at Independence Blue Cross and AmeriHealth, where he led direct sales and telemarketing acquisition efforts.
A 17-year veteran of the industry, Kevin is a member of the National Association of Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and is the past President of the Delaware Association of Health Underwriters. Kevin is a 1990 graduate of Clarion University, where he earned a BA in Marketing.
T. Ryan Schaible—Manager, Allentown Operations
Ryan joined Kistler-Tiffany Benefits in 1998 after serving as a direct and broker sales associate with Prudential Healthcare. He received his BS in Business Administration from Drexel University in 1993, concentrating in Marketing/Finance. Ryan is married and has two sons and resides in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
Debra A. Labant—Director of Operations
Debby oversees all operational issues—from facility management to staffing—at all KTB locations, and has been with our company since 1999.
In addition to her Operations responsibilities, Debby is a Board member and Secretary of The Kistler Tiffany Foundation, which offers a broad range of assistance to emotionally and physically challenged children and adults.
Debby holds the following licenses: Pennsylvania Lines of Authority — Life and Fixed Annuities; Accident and Health. She earned her MBA from LaSalle University in 1998, and her BS from Slippery Rock University in 1992.
Christopher Rush—Client Relations Manager
With over 15 years' experience in insurance client service and marketing, Chris is well-versed in maintaining an exceptional level of customer service for all of KTB's clients.
After client service roles with Independence Blue Cross—at both the corporate and consumer levels—Chris came to KTB in 2001 where he started our Client Service department. In addition, Chris is a Kistler Tiffany Foundation Board member.
Chris earned his MBA from Eastern College, and his BA from West Chester University.
Deborah Hartnett—Client Relations Manager
With an extensive background in healthcare marketing, public relations and sales, Deborah brings an industry-relevant, client-centric focus to her role. Since coming to KTB in 2002 after nearly ten years in marketing with McKesson Corporation and Aetna, Deborah serves as the primary liaison between KTB and our clients to make sure that everyone's needs are continually satisfied, and we are each prospering from the particular relationship.
Deborah is active with the Kistler Tiffany Foundation, and is a 1989 graduate of Seton Hall University, where she earned a BS in Business Administration.
John Zurbach—Director of Client Services
John has been in the insurance industry for 25 years. He joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits in 2007. Prior to joining KTB, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Health America. He worked with Aetna US Healthcare from 1985 to 2003. During his tenure there he held positions as the Vice President in charge of the Pittsburgh operation, Senior Vice President of Consulting, and Senior Vice President of National Accounts. John is a member of the GPAHU, PAHU, and NAHU organizations. He is a graduate of Temple University.
