Personal health concierge service available to employees to navigate complex health concerns

Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Advocacy Services, powered by Health Advocate, is a personal health concierge service provided to clients at no additional cost for their employees. Personal Health Advocates, comprised of Registered Nurses, Medical Directors, and Benefits Specialists are available to eligible employees, their spouses and domestic partners, dependent children, parents, and parents-in-law.


HA_LogoHealth Advocate can help expedite important medical appointments, recommend specialists, provide a better understanding of conditions and treatments, assist with elder care, help first-time parents decipher medical bills, and more. The service is also available for employees when traveling abroad.

Clients who have enrolled in KTB Advocacy Services can access this resource by dialing 1-866-KTB-SERV (1-866-582-7378), Prompt #2 or by email at Standard hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 11 p.m. (EST) with staff also available to provide assistance after hours and on weekends.
