COVID-19: Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Business Reopening Plan

KTB has carefully enacted a four phased plan to return to the office. The health and safety of our employees during the COVID-19 pandemic continues to remain our foremost priority and concern and we anticipate many of our employees will continue to work from home throughout the summer.

Phase 1 of our return to work plan begins on Monday, June 15, 2020*. Each phase of our plan will last a minimum of two weeks but may be longer depending on changes to federal, state and local guidelines. During this phase, staff can only return to the office on appointed days in order to maintain requirements for social distancing and group gatherings. Self-health certification is required and face coverings must be worn in all common areas of the office. No travel by employees is permitted and client meetings will continue to be held remotely.

Visitors will not be permitted to our offices until Phase 2 of the return to work plan (date to be communicated). Visitors will be required to bring their own mask to enter our buildings and suites and must sign into the guest book per HIPAA guidelines. Absolutely no visitors will be allowed to our premises who have had known exposure to someone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, or who are exhibiting symptoms of illness consistent with COVID-19. Please read our visitor guidelines, which lays out the specific requirements of guests to our office during Phases 2 + 3 of our return to work plan.

Please access our Coronavirus Advisory Center for the most up-to-date information available for you to use with employees.

We hope that you, your families, and organizations remain healthy and safe. As you and your teams make decisions on how to best manage returning to work, we continue to be here to assist.
