COVID-19: Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Business Continuity Plan

All office locations will be moving to a remote working arrangement for the next two weeks, effective Tuesday, March 17th. We have also made the decision to temporarily suspend all in-person meetings to protect our customers, employees, and partners. This decision only changes the method in which we interact with you, not the frequency or productivity of our interactions. We will conduct all meetings virtually through Zoom technology or over the phone using a conference system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that our entire team is well equipped to support you and your business via phone, email and virtual meeting, and we do not anticipate any disruption to normal business operations.

Please continue to utilize our Client Advocate Center for questions regarding enrollment, claims, and billing assistance as well as general questions related to benefit plans. Client Advocates are available by phone Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) by dialing 1-866-582-7378, Prompt #1 or by email at

Please continue to access our Coronavirus Advisory Hub for important information related to your business.

We hope that you, your families, and organizations remain healthy and safe. As you and your teams make decisions on how to best manage this situation, we are here to help.
