On Tuesday, October 18, 2016, Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Director of Compliance Services Scott Wham, J.D. will brief Congress on the ACA’s individual and employer mandates, reporting requirements, and exchange and tax credit eligibility provisions.
The briefing is designed to inform congressional staffers about the many compliance concerns of employers, including how both large and small employers are impacted by the requirements and how much data must be reported, and how Congress can help employers through H.R. 2712, the Commonsense Reporting & Verification Act.
